Waterfront Staff Steps the Masts on the Lettie G. Howard

The Kings Point Waterfront has been the winter home this year for the 1893 fishing schooner Lettie G. Howard. In the fall both masts were removed for inspection and maintenance, and in a sure sign of spring the two large masts were re-stepped this morning by the waterfront staff. The Lettie G. Howard is used for Sail Training in New York and New England, and for Kings Point's Plebe Indoctrination.
