On Tuesday the Regimental Waterfront Officer,M/N Spencer Johnson, finished his USCG 100 Ton Masters License, joining Brian Giorgio, Pat Gerometta, Evan Denholm, and Nick Sullivan as the first class of waterfront engineers to graduate with deck licenses.
