The crew of Growler, led by Midshipman Tripp Webb placed second in class in the annual New York Harbor Tugboat Race. 28 Tugs of all sizes and vintages gathered at Pier 84 on the west side of Manhattan on a beautiful Sunday for a variety of competitions.
