2012 Waterfront Calendars On Sale

Beleive it or not the 36 photo's in this years calendar show just a small part of what our Sailors do at the KP Waterfront. The USMMA Sailing Foudation will be sending out copies to supporters in December- but you can order either the Large or Small versions online today- proceeds support our KP Sailors!

MAISA Sloops Match Racing

Waterfront teams pulled together this weekend to host the 2011 MAISA Sloops Match Racing Championship. While our team didn't qualify for the National Championship Regatta this year, they performed well during the season and will be strong next year. Congrats to Navy for winning the regatta.

Kings Pointer in Sports Illustrated

M/N Evan Siepert was included in this week's Faces in the Crowd for leading his team to victory at the 2011 MacMillan Cup Regatta. I'm sure he joins a small list of sailors to make a spot in SI!!

Mystic Seaport has been a great supporter of our Waterfront Training program, hosting many KP vessels on training trips for years, and it is a great honor to return the favor, with Brilliant making a stopover at KP on her way to the Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race.
