I'm sure many of you have seen the classic comedy sketch regarding the ship where "the front fell off." Here is the T/V Liberator at Boothbay Harbor Shipyard with the stem removed, which is being replaced due to rot. The job is progressing well, with the only complaint from the shipyard staff that she is built too well....and very tough to disassemble. Fortunately that will be over soon, and the re-assembly can start. More Pics Here.
